Terms of Service

Effective date: October 23, 2026

1. Agreement and service

These Terms govern use of LiveblogAI by the customer accepting them (“Customer” or “you”). In these Terms, we use “LiveblogAI,” “we” and “us” to refer to the team operating the service. Our support email is support@liveblog.ai.

LiveblogAI is a content-management and live-publishing service intended for media organizations, studios and professional teams. If you accept for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Your order specifies the purchased plan, price, period and included features. Features described as future, experimental or unavailable in your plan are not part of your purchased entitlement unless expressly agreed.

Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. A standard Data Processing Addendum governs processing entrusted to us on customer instructions where applicable. An expressly agreed order, DPA or enterprise SLA governs its specific subject matter if it conflicts with these general Terms. These Terms do not make a future DPA or an unsigned SLA effective by reference alone.

2. Accounts, members and authorized tools

You must provide accurate account and billing information, protect credentials and access tokens, assign appropriate permissions and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for managing your authorized members and their access. Any liability for our security or access-control failures is subject to sections 4 and 11 and applicable law.

You may choose and authorize your own third-party agents to use integrations we make available, including MCP and Skills where offered. Those tools remain subject to the same access, approval and publication rules as other authorized users. You are responsible for your instructions, authorization and automation settings. Actions validly taken within that authority are customer actions; claims concerning defects in our service or permissions enforcement are subject to sections 4 and 11 and applicable law.

Revoking access prevents future calls under that authorization. It does not reverse completed publications, retrieve copies already sent to an external provider or necessarily cancel work already admitted for processing. Your agent's providers are governed by your arrangements with them. The service covered by these Terms does not include built-in AI content processing or model-training services.

3. Content ownership and limited permission

You and the relevant rights holders retain ownership of Customer Content. Uploading content does not transfer ownership to us, and these Terms do not assume that you own material licensed to you by someone else.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, back up, cache, transmit, display, export and technically process Customer Content as necessary to provide the service. Technical processing includes necessary formatting, compression and delivery transformations. Providers assisting us may process content only within the scope needed for their assigned services. This permission does not authorize independent sale of your content, AI model training, or use of your content in our advertising.

Drafts do not become public merely because they are uploaded. Publication follows your settings and authorized actions. The service permission lasts while we provide the paid service or the applicable retention service. After content is cleared, it does not authorize continued public display; residual backup and legally required records are handled under the applicable restricted arrangements.

We do not guarantee the confidentiality of any Customer Content you upload, whether published or unpublished, including drafts and team materials. Uploading content does not establish a separate confidentiality agreement. This does not authorize us to publish private drafts, disregard access controls, sell content or use it beyond the permission above. Applicable legal obligations, the processing and access restrictions in our Privacy Policy, and confidentiality commitments expressly agreed in a DPA or separate agreement remain applicable.

Once published, content may be saved, copied, redistributed or indexed by third parties. Removing content from LiveblogAI does not guarantee removal of independent third-party copies or search-engine records outside our control. We remain subject to our own deletion obligations and any applicable duty to provide reasonable assistance.

We need separate permission to use your name, logo, screenshots or content in customer showcases or marketing. Adding a logo to your own liveblog does not grant that permission.

LiveblogAI's branding, logos, website materials and software remain the property of their respective rights holders. Using the service does not transfer those rights. You may link to our public website, accurately describe the service and use supported embeds as permitted by your plan. Do not impersonate LiveblogAI or use our name or marks to imply a partnership, sponsorship or endorsement that does not exist. Other uses of our logos require permission unless permitted by applicable law or a separate license; third-party and open-source licenses remain applicable.

4. Editorial responsibility and service protection

You control your editorial topics, viewpoints and publication decisions. We do not routinely conduct editorial review before publication or restrict reporting merely because its subject is sensitive or controversial.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of your content and instructions, factual verification, necessary rights and permissions, and your own data-processing purposes and legal basis. Do not use the service to infringe rights, carry out unlawful activity, bypass permissions or interfere with the service's security or operation. You assume the risks of uploading, publishing, accessing and relying on Customer Content, subject to the mandatory protections and express exceptions below.

Hosting or displaying Customer Content does not mean that LiveblogAI endorses its views, accuracy or recommendations. You may encounter content that is inaccurate, offensive or otherwise objectionable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability arising out of or relating to Customer Content, including its upload, storage, confidentiality, accuracy, legality, publication, distribution, loss or use. To that extent, you waive and release claims and remedies against LiveblogAI in contract, tort or otherwise relating to that content, including claims based on ordinary negligence. This exclusion and waiver does not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived, our obligations under applicable data-protection law or an expressly agreed DPA, or the express service remedies, refunds, retention, export and deletion commitments in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. It does not waive the independent rights of people who are not parties to these Terms. Any liability remaining after this exclusion is subject to section 11 where legally permitted.

Complaints should identify the relevant content, location, reasons and supporting information. We assess complaints rather than remove content simply because someone disagrees with it. Where action is needed, we ordinarily limit the affected content instead of disabling an entire organization. Legal requirements, urgent risks or serious security concerns may require immediate action before notice.

Where permitted and appropriate, we tell you what was restricted, why and how to respond. You may provide information or appeal through support@liveblog.ai. If a restriction is mistaken or its grounds are resolved, we restore access where permitted. Serious or repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination. Restriction does not itself mean immediate deletion, and retention arrangements do not require us to keep unlawful or restricted content publicly accessible.

5. Subscription charges, renewal and cancellation

5.1 Currency and checkout

Prices, charges and refunds are in USD. The order or checkout identifies the plan, billing period, applicable taxes and final amount before payment. Provide accurate billing and relevant tax information. Bank conversion fees and exchange-rate differences are generally your responsibility, except where applicable law or an error attributable to us requires otherwise.

We use Waffo Pancake for payment processing, subscription billing, invoicing, tax administration and refunds. The applicable legal seller and seller arrangement are identified at checkout. Waffo Pancake may have its own terms for processing the transaction; they do not remove the service rights expressly promised here or mandatory rights. We do not add a platform refund-processing fee.

5.2 Automatic renewal and reminders

A subscription renews automatically where you have authorized automatic renewal, until you cancel. We send monthly and annual subscription reminders seven days before the renewal charge, stating the expected amount, date and cancellation method. A reminder does not remove the renewal-refund right below.

You may cancel future renewal using the available billing controls or by contacting support@liveblog.ai. Cancellation does not end an already-paid period early: purchased access remains available until that period ends. Cancellation is not a permanent deletion request. We stop subsequent automatic renewal retries after cancellation; a charge already successfully completed is handled under the refund rules.

5.3 Price changes

A platform-initiated increase in the fixed subscription price does not increase the charge for an already-paid period. We notify you at least 30 days before the first renewal at the higher price, stating the old and new price, currency, billing period, effective date and how to cancel. If that notice period has not elapsed before a renewal, that renewal uses the old price and the increase moves to a later renewal that satisfies the notice period.

You may cancel before the affected charge. Changes you actively request, such as an upgrade or additional seats, are handled according to the price and effective date disclosed for that purchase. These Terms do not create an undisclosed charge or an assumed refund rule for separately purchased items.

5.4 Failed renewal

We notify you of a failed renewal and provide a way to update payment details. Failure before an existing paid period ends does not cut that period short. If payment remains unsuccessful when it ends, paid editing, publication and real-time functions stop; we do not promise an additional unpaid grace period. Reading and export continue under section 7.

Any retry must remain within valid payment authorization. If payment succeeds after paid service has been suspended, the new paid period starts when service resumes. We do not collect subscription fees for the intervening suspension. Restarting a period does not change whether the charge was an original renewal retry or a new purchase.

6. Refunds and service remedies

6.1 Purchases and automatic renewals

First purchases and new subscriptions actively purchased after stopping service are generally non-refundable, subject to the exceptions below and mandatory rights.

For an automatic renewal, you may request a full refund of that renewal payment within 168 continuous hours after the successful charge. Weekends and holidays count. No unused-service condition applies. We use the time we receive the request, not when we review or approve it. A timely request may be supplemented with necessary information later.

Retries of the original renewal invoice, including payment after you update the payment method, retain this right; the window begins at the actual successful charge. A new period following suspension does not convert such a retry into a non-refundable first purchase. A genuinely new order you initiate is treated as a new purchase.

Email support@liveblog.ai with the account and relevant invoice information. We verify your authority over the organization's billing and do not require full card details. An eligible renewal refund returns the full relevant payment without a deduction for days used or a platform processing fee. Refunds are normally sent in the original transaction currency to the original payment method. If that route fails, we use a secure process supported by Waffo Pancake. Tax adjustments follow applicable requirements.

We distinguish approval, submission to Waffo Pancake and settlement. Actual arrival depends on Waffo Pancake and the relevant bank; we explain the available status rather than promise an unverified settlement date.

Once a renewal refund is approved, the refunded period's paid entitlements end and future renewal is canceled. The content-retention clock remains tied to the preceding unrefunded paid period, not the refund request, approval or bank-settlement date. A refunded period does not create a new two-year retention period.

6.2 Other refund grounds

We separately address duplicate or erroneous charges, refunds required by applicable law or binding sales arrangements, verified service failures and the specific termination rights below. The 168-hour limit does not exclude those grounds. Refund terms for separate purchases must be stated for those purchases; these Terms do not silently extend the renewal window to every charge.

6.3 Verified platform failures

A short interruption does not automatically entitle you to a refund. We assess its actual impact and may provide an appropriate extension or other remedy. For a verified significant platform failure or sustained unavailability of core functions, contact support. We assess the affected service and period and may provide a cash refund or other appropriate compensation. If a critical live event was materially affected, we assess that impact rather than relying only on the number of outage minutes. We do not promise reimbursement of all event losses.

A service-failure compensation refund does not itself end paid access: we continue service through the current paid period while the service remains available. This differs from the customer-requested renewal refund in section 6.1. The compensation refund counts toward the applicable liability cap for the same event; it does not create a second equal compensation allowance. An enterprise SLA may specify a different remedy and how remedies interact.

If we permanently discontinue paid service early, we give advance notice and an export opportunity and return prepaid subscription fees for the unperformed period. We cannot promise continued performance after permanent discontinuation.

7. Content retention, export and restoration

7.1 During and after a subscription

While your subscription remains active, we retain your content, subject to valid permanent deletion requests and lawful restrictions. After cancellation or failed renewal, the retention period starts when the last applicable paid service period ends, not when you click cancel.

We normally provide up to two years of read-only access and export after that date. New editing, publication and real-time features are unavailable. The retention arrangement is conditional, not an unconditional promise to operate a free service for two full years. Significant changes may require us to end it earlier, with at least 30 calendar days' notice and a content-handling and export window.

We email the organization owner and display an application notice, explaining the reason, affected content, deadline, export method and support contact. We also provide 30 days' advance notice before ordinary two-year expiry. Reading and export remain available during the applicable window. An earlier-termination notice does not automatically extend an existing natural expiry date; the ordinary expiry notice still applies.

At the applicable deadline, reading and export end and the affected customer content is cleared. If a platform fault prevents export during the available window, we provide a reasonable extension and do not clear the affected content while that fault remains unresolved. Residual backups and legally required records follow the separate arrangements described in the Privacy Policy.

7.2 Restarting a subscription

If you purchase service again before data has been cleared, remaining data returns to active-subscription retention and is not cleared at the former deadline. If you later stop, a new retention period starts at the end of the latest unrefunded paid period, even if you purchased only one month. Earlier-termination rules still apply.

If the restarted payment is fully refunded and its paid entitlements end, it does not extend retention beyond the preceding unrefunded period's basis. A service-failure compensation refund with continuing paid-period access is a separate case and does not itself shorten that service period. Payment cannot restore permanently cleared data.

7.3 Archiving, soft deletion and permanent deletion

Liveblogs use reversible archiving and unarchiving. Unarchiving is an explicit customer action governed by the existing lifecycle and permission rules. Ordinary deletion of supported content, such as a published post, is recoverable soft deletion; historical records may remain. Structured data with existing references follows its own reference-display rules. These operations are not promises of permanent erasure.

Soft-deleted data follows the organization's active and post-subscription retention periods, without a separate 30- or 90-day automatic purge. An organization owner or an administrator authorized by the owner may request assistance through support@liveblog.ai. We verify authority and scope. Restored soft-deleted content remains non-public until an authorized customer expressly confirms publication; restoration does not automatically replay historical publishing actions. This does not alter the normal effect of an explicit liveblog unarchive action.

During post-subscription retention, we may assist with retrieval and export of data still held, but restoration does not reinstate editing, publishing or real-time entitlements. Paying again does not automatically restore soft-deleted items or unarchive liveblogs.

For permanent deletion, contact support@liveblog.ai. After verifying authority and scope, we explain the effects and offer an appropriate export opportunity. You need not wait for the two-year period to expire. Permanent clearing is distinct from soft deletion and ends the recovery service for the affected content; backups do not create a recovery entitlement. Closing a member's account does not automatically delete organizational reporting.

8. Availability and support

We undertake reasonable maintenance, troubleshooting and recovery efforts. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or a particular uptime percentage or universal recovery time under standard subscriptions. Planned maintenance is notified in advance where practicable; urgent security or repair work may proceed immediately. We communicate significant incidents and recovery progress.

Your website, connectivity and independently selected agents or services may affect your use. We do not guarantee those external systems, but we do not categorically shift failures of our own service or our service providers to you. Customers needing specific availability or response commitments may enter a separate enterprise SLA.

9. Data protection and providers

You are responsible for the purpose and lawfulness of processing within your content and instructions. We are responsible for our own processing obligations and for processing entrusted to us as agreed in the DPA. We maintain a standard DPA for applicable customer arrangements; customer responsibility does not excuse our own failures.

We may use necessary service providers and disclose their purposes and processing scope. We do not promise exclusive residency in a particular country. For subprocessors handling customer personal information on our behalf under general authorization, we notify affected customers at least 30 days before a new or replacement subprocessor begins processing their data and update the register. The notice identifies the provider, purpose, relevant data categories, processing location and intended start date.

You may raise a specific, reasonable data-protection objection during that period by contacting support@liveblog.ai. We work with you on safeguards or a feasible alternative; we do not promise separate infrastructure for every customer. If the objection cannot be resolved, you may terminate the affected service before the change affects your data and receive a refund of prepaid fees for its unperformed period, with a reasonable opportunity to export. This is a specific exception to the general non-refund rule and is not limited to 168 hours after renewal.

We notify affected customers of relevant data-security incidents without undue delay, provide available facts and subsequent updates, take reasonable remedial measures and assist with applicable notification obligations. We meet legal and contractual deadlines; we do not wait for a completed investigation before giving an initial notice. Customers retain their own controller obligations, and we retain ours.

10. Third-party claims

If a third party brings a claim against us because of unlawful or infringing Customer Content, unlawful customer publication or your breach of these Terms, you are responsible for the resulting damages and reasonable defense expenses to the extent attributable to your conduct. This does not include the portion caused by our unauthorized use, access-control failures or other fault.

We promptly notify you and reasonably cooperate so you can participate in the defense. Neither party may bind the other to an admission, settlement payment or continuing obligation without that party's agreement. We cannot simply agree to pay a complaint and pass the bill to you. Amounts must have an actual, reasonable basis directly connected to the claim. A complaint alone does not establish a debt.

For ordinary, non-intentional conduct, your liability under this section is subject to the same monetary limits and event-allocation rules as our ordinary liability under section 11. That limit does not apply to the extent a claim results from your fraud, intentional unlawful conduct or intentional infringement, or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Any claim against us for the portion attributable to our own fault remains subject to the exclusions and exceptions in section 4 and the limits in section 11. This section does not require you to indemnify us for our own fault.

11. Limits of liability

The Customer Content exclusion and waiver in section 4 applies before the monetary limits below. Those limits apply to liability that remains; they do not create liability for an excluded claim. The exceptions in section 4 and the mandatory protections below continue to apply.

11.1 Paid subscription periods

Subject to the exceptions below, our aggregate ordinary monetary liability for all events allocated to a paid subscription period is limited to the total subscription fee for that period. The amount is the full period's subscription fee, not merely the fee for its remaining unused days. Completed historical periods are not added to that amount.

The same ordinary limit applies to your non-intentional third-party-claim liability under section 10. Each party's applicable liability is aggregated separately; this is not a shared allowance that one party can exhaust for the other.

11.2 Unpaid retention periods

For an event first arising during an unpaid content-retention period, the limit is the total subscription fee for the last unrefunded paid subscription period preceding that retention period. This is one aggregate limit for the entire applicable retention period, not a new allowance for each month or year of retention. This specific rule applies instead of treating the absence of a current paid period as a zero limit. It also applies to your ordinary section 10 liability arising during that retention period.

11.3 Related events and compensation already paid

The same event, or related events forming a continuing incident, is allocated to the period in which it first occurred. Continuing into another period or presenting a claim later does not create another allowance or move the event to a different period. Independent events occurring in different periods are allocated separately to their respective periods. The unpaid-retention limit applies to independent events first arising during that retention period, while an incident that began in a paid period remains allocated to that paid period.

A refund of the current-period fee already provided as service-failure compensation for the same event counts toward that event's applicable limit and the aggregate limit for its allocated period. It does not generate a second equal compensation allowance. For the service-failure compensation described in section 6.3, we continue service to the end of the current paid period while the service remains available.

11.4 Separate purchases, refunds and mandatory rights

The standard subscription limit includes subscription fees only; separately purchased credits or other independent add-ons are not added to it. Any liability arrangement for an independent purchase must be disclosed in the applicable purchase terms before sale, rather than assumed to be covered by this subscription formula.

The damages limits do not allow us to withhold a refund required by law, an eligible renewal refund promised in section 6.1, or the promised return of prepaid fees for unperformed services on an applicable termination. Those payment-return obligations remain due even if the damages limit has otherwise been reached. This does not change the treatment of service-failure compensation refunds in section 11.3.

An enterprise SLA overrides these standard provisions only to the extent expressly agreed. Remedies must be coordinated so that the same loss is not compensated twice, without removing a mandatory or separately promised refund right.

Nothing here limits a liability or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to limit. Mandatory rights of individuals, including applicable personal-data rights, are not waived by a commercial liability provision. The customer-conduct exceptions in section 10 remain applicable.

12. Changes, ending service and general provisions

For material changes affecting your rights, we provide at least 30 days' advance email notice and an application notice, describing the change and effective date. Minor corrections or clarifications may be recorded through a version date and change record.

We protect already-purchased rights for the current paid period. Unfavorable commercial changes ordinarily apply from a later renewal after the notice period has been satisfied. You may cancel future renewal before the change takes effect. If an unfavorable change must be implemented in the current period and materially harms purchased rights, you may terminate the affected service and receive prepaid fees for its unperformed portion. This specific refund exception is not limited to the renewal-refund window. It does not refund periods already performed or unaffected services.

Subprocessor changes and the end of post-subscription retention remain subject to their specific procedures. New data uses are explained before they begin, and any required separate consent must be obtained; a general Terms update is not consent to new data collection.

We may suspend or end access for the grounds and with the procedures in section 4, for unpaid service as described in section 5, or on permanent service discontinuation as described in section 6. Termination does not erase accrued rights or obligations. Confidentiality obligations imposed by applicable law or expressly agreed in a DPA or separate agreement, necessary content-handling permissions during retention, applicable refund duties and provisions needed to resolve existing claims continue for their proper purpose.

A change in the entity operating LiveblogAI must be accurately disclosed and any necessary contract transfer or replacement completed under applicable requirements. These Terms do not identify an unformed company as an existing party or pre-authorize an undisclosed transfer of your contract.

13. Governing law and disputes

Contact support@liveblog.ai to seek a practical resolution of a dispute. Doing so does not remove mandatory complaint rights, prevent urgent relief or shorten a legal deadline.

These Terms do not designate a particular country or state's law or an exclusive court. Disputes are governed by the law determined under applicable choice-of-law rules and may be brought before a court having jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive participation in a class or representative action where available under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes applicable mandatory protections. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
